Hi, I am Girish Banvi, a diabetic educator Certified by Vietnamese Medical Board & an entrepreneur who have found many phases during the journey, fueled by passion, compassion, curiosity.

Being located in Western Ghats of India, I got interest in plants and started my career as a supplier for manufacturers of ayurvedic products, Started consulting Diabetics around the world and helped them to manage and reverse diabetes naturally...

  • Medicinal Plants Farming 1989
    Being a son of a farmer, started cultivating Medicinal Plants in the farm and started supplying High quality medical plants to Companies like Dabur Zandu Himalaya and many other ayruvedic Manufacturing companies and Exported raw herbs to different countries.
  • Expertise in Medicinal Plants 1992
    Educated myself on Medicinal Plants. By seeing the plants, I was able to identify them, tell their medicinal property and suggest medicinal plants based on the disease… Got more interest in healthcare and wellness.
  • Sushrut Ayurved Institute 1994
    With this background, the company ventured into the manufacturing of ayurvedic products in the year 1994 with the company called SUSHRUT AYURVED INDUSTRIES situated at Dharwad in Karnataka about 400 Km North of Bangalore.
  • Comply with GMP 2000
    During the year 2000 Sushrut Ayurved Industries got GMP Comply form Government of India for Good Quality Control and Hygiene and In-house testing facilities.
  • Formulation of Sugar Knocker 2004
    In 2004, during family function, I found many of my family, friends injecting themselves before food and felt so bad on seeing their restrictions over food, hearing the side effects of their medicines. There by took a decision that I must do something very useful to diabetic community.
  • Clinical Tests of Sugar Knocker 2005
    With my huge experience in medicinal plants and industry experts, we formulated "Sugar Knocker" and clinical trials were conducted for Sugar Knocker.
  • Launched by Dr BM Hegde 2005
    With lot of research and development, trials and improvements, we launched “Sugar Knocker” in 2005 successfully with the blessings of Dr BM Hegde & started Serving Diabetic Community in India.
  • Diabetes Consultation 2008
    Sugar Knocker was supplied 3000+ happy users & Started helping 100s of Diabetics across India every month and helped them to manage diabetes, reverse them from Diabetes.

    Sugar Knocker was recognized by United States Food and Drug Administration, got license to supply across United States of America.
